Monday

6:30am Method + Crew

An open level flow utilizing a combination of breath and movement to bring life into the body, and strength into your day

Tuesday

9:00 am The Hines Center 

A gentle flow class utilizing the breath and body connection to find a release of the stresses in both the muscles and the mind 

10:15 am The Hines Center 

Vinyasa style class focusing on warming and opening the body to reach your peak. Followed by an equally long and fulfilling cool down, consisting of lots of rolling around on the floor

Wednesday

 

Thursday

1:30 pm Joy Yoga Center Washington

A gentle flow class utilizing the breath and body connection to find a release of the stresses in both the muscles and the mind 

4:30 pm Joy Yoga Center Voss

Vinyasa style class focusing on warming and opening the body to reach your peak. Followed by an equally long and fulfilling cool down, consisting of lots of rolling around on the floor

 

Friday

9:00 am The Hines Center 

A gentle flow class utilizing the breath and body connection to find a release of the stresses in both the muscles and the mind 

1:00 pm Joy Yoga Center Washington

A slow moving class where I let your body do the talking. Some find this class more difficult than flow classes, as all that's in the space between the 3 to 5 poses is you and your mind

 

Saturday

9:00 am Joy Yoga Center Washington

A high energy and fast paced class where I practice with you! I offer limited cues, and give lots of space for you to take your practice to your edge and back again. Set to loud music, be prepared to leave sweaty and accomplished

Sunday

11:00 am NettBar

A free (!!) class open to all levels. We'll sweat it out for an hour and then commence Sunday Funday with drink specials and food trucks
