7:30am Black Swan Yoga

An open level flow utilizing a combination of breath and movement to bring life into the body, and strength into your day

10:45 am Revolution Studio

A cardio inspired class, adding in isometric movements to light up your muscles and bring attention to your own personal strength.

Tuesday

8:00 am The Hines Center 

A gentle flow class utilizing the breath and body connection to find a release of the stresses in both the muscles and the mind 

12:15 pm O Athletik

An athletic based yoga flow class, syncing breath with movement and incorporate influences from traditional and contemporary yoga styles while listening to a banging soundtrack

10:45 am Revolution Studio

A cardio inspired class, adding in isometric movements to light up your muscles and bring attention to your own personal strength.

2:30 pm Black Swan Yoga

Beginner friendly class, starting at your foundation and building up. This class will allow you to build up strength and form to carry you through a lifelong practice

6:00 pm Joy Yoga Center

A powerful class designed to work with your own breath and internal fire. 

7:45 pm Revolution Studio

A powerful class, working up to 1 breath per movement in a 90 degree heated environment. This dance around the mat will leave you invigorated and feeling strong
